2. Fees and payment
[TRADER PRICE], [PRO PRICE], [DESK PRICE], [ENTERPRISE PRICE] and [PAYMENT PROVIDER] are not finalized. No public checkout or payment request is active. Final prices, taxes, setup fees, billing cycles, supported payment methods, cancellation rights and any additional services must be stated in reviewed commercial terms before purchase.
3. Scope
Access may include software, a dedicated deployment, onboarding, documentation, support and a subscription-gated Telegram operator group. Telegram is not a separate signal source and is not the operational source of truth.
4. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for security risk, non-payment, abuse, unlawful conduct, credential compromise or material breach. Final notice, cure, cancellation, data-export and wind-down terms require counsel review.
5. Service levels
No uptime, support-response or performance service level applies unless included in a signed order form. Maintenance and emergency changes may affect availability.
6. Performance-linked fees
No performance fee is active or offered. The intended model is subscription software, onboarding, dedicated deployments and professional support, subject to final commercial and legal review—not custody, a managed account, pooled investment, fund or guaranteed-return product.
