FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Direct answers for traders, desks and reviewers.

Product status, account control, risk, pricing, community and token plans—without performance claims or invented commitments.

01Does AUREXIS trade autonomously?+

It automates configured workflows, but the trader remains responsible for configuration, capital, risk and intervention decisions. It does not remove the trader from the process.

02Does AUREXIS guarantee profits?+

No. Losses are possible, past performance does not predict future results and no outcome is guaranteed.

03Does WHITE ROCK hold client funds?+

No. The intended model is subscription software and dedicated deployments. Clients retain control of their own exchange accounts.

04Does AUREXIS require withdrawal access?+

No. Withdrawal permissions are not required for the intended operating model.

05Which exchanges are supported?+

The current founder-operated internal system is connected to Bybit USDT perpetual futures. Commercial exchange support has not been finalized.

06What happens if dashboard and exchange data diverge?+

The exchange and Trading Engine data remain the primary operational sources. Reconciliation alerts should be reviewed before acting on a visual dashboard label.

07Can I intervene manually?+

Yes. Manual oversight and intervention are core to the product principle.

08Can clients change trading risk in the Dashboard?+

No. During the initial private pilot, Trading Engine risk settings are not a subscription feature or a client-controlled Dashboard setting. The Dashboard provides operational visibility; the connected exchange and Trading Engine remain the primary operational sources.

09Does AUREXIS charge a performance fee?+

No performance fee is active. The current intended commercial model is subscription software, onboarding, dedicated deployments and professional support, subject to legal and commercial review.

10Is there a paid Telegram group?+

A subscription-gated operator group is planned for pilot communication, product updates and discussion. It will not be a separate signal engine and will not replace the product, exchange or runbooks.

11Is an AUREXIS token available?+

No. There is no public sale, approved supply, allocation, price or token right. Any future token activity would require real utility, users, legal and regulatory review and an independent smart-contract audit.

12How will subscriptions be paid?+

The payment provider, supported currencies, billing cycle and final subscription terms are not yet approved. No payment should be sent through the public website.

13Does AUREXIS provide investment advice?+

No. Product information and dashboard labels are informational. Users remain responsible for trading decisions.

14When can I subscribe?+

Private pilot applications are opening soon, and the waitlist accepts registrations of interest. General availability, supported countries, pricing and onboarding dates are not finalized.
