2. Data collected

The initial private-pilot waitlist registration collects full name, WhatsApp number, Telegram username, country or residence, crypto-trading experience, how the applicant heard about AUREXIS, consent records and a privacy-preserving abuse-prevention identifier. Additional qualification or commercial details are requested later only when there is a potential fit.

• Do not submit passwords, API credentials or seed phrases.
• Do not submit exact account balances.
• Do not submit proprietary strategy parameters or third-party confidential information.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Intended purposes include application review, interviews, product validation, security, fraud prevention, onboarding and responding to requests. Final legal bases, including consent and pre-contractual steps, require counsel review.

4. Retention and recipients

Waitlist applications are scheduled for a necessity review 12 months after submission. They are then deleted or anonymized unless continued pilot review, a legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims requires continued retention. This 12-month review is an AUREXIS operating policy, not a claim that Swiss law prescribes a universal fixed period. Access is limited to authorized personnel and contracted service providers under appropriate safeguards. Data is not sold.

5. Rights

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Final request procedures and supervisory-authority details will be added before launch.

6. International transfers

Hosting and service-provider locations are not finalized. Any international transfers must use legally required safeguards before commercial operation.
